We supply everything you need for anything you want to brew. You will want to start with a hydrometer reading of 1.085 to 1.125. Should be a fun experiment :-) Kombucha and water kiefer are both very easy and give you some added health benefits via probiotics depending on how much you let it ferment. The T500 delivers commercial quality spirit using a fractionating column and uses water to cool and condense the alcohol vapour back into a very pure 90-95% ABV spirit. You may need to loosen the other side to make sure both sides are an even tightness. You'll mostly be eyeballing it and making the call yourself.

It can be, and is, made from virtually any grain or vegetable material. Well honey on a maidens lips just makes her just that much sweeter right? How will you know if the little guys are doing their job? Well the eLog book was great for me and soon others stated to have a look and they were/are most welcome. You must have an overview of how the business works so that your plan can succeed. It was fermenting just as it was.
I moved the other jars into the same cupboard, and knowing that all the books "fermentation lock", I decided to try screwing the lids full on, then slowly loosen them so that the (natural) yeast when expelling oxygen would build up a tiny bit of pressure which should, I hoped, keep air from getting in, but would keep the oxygen flowing out.
After a few.days the fermenting in most of the jars.slowed, so I bought a.cheap.pack of bread yeast, dropped.a.little in each jar and forgot about them for over a week and a half.

So came the day to open one and try.
I put all the jars on the kitchen table.
