It will be ready to enjoy right away, but waiting will make it better. Generally, the islands where the Spanish language is spoken, such as Puerto Rico, produce light, dry-tasting rums. You can vint your wine with as little as a half gallon of juice, but to keep your measurements simple while getting the hang of the process, a gallon of juice is recommended. [1] Test the sugar content of your wine. They are distinguished from beer and wine in that the alcohol is derived from distillation. However, I won’t spend any further time on this product because I believe if you are looking for a high-sugar adjunct corn syrup is just as good of an option and it is much cheaper. If you're doing this to a beer (making an ice beer), this shouldn't be a problem as long as you did a good job with your main fermentation. Again you can leave the wine fermenting on the flowers for as long as you like - a day makes a light wine - a couple of weeks for something heavier.
